Today

Bits and pieces of our day.

Have a great week!

First Beach Trip

Since 2005, it has been a family ritual to go to our beach house every weekend. I always look forward to going there ever since. But as time passed, we rarely ever get to visit. Maybe everyone's been busy? Anyway, we decided to go with our parents.

We always wanted to bring Bean to the beach, we want to teach her to love it there (or any other beach). I think she enjoyed our stay, as she kept on running around, playing. She even slept late from too much fun. She was a bit scared ofnthe water at first because of the waves. But quickly adjusted and played. She had a blast. Here are a few photos from our trip!

Look at this tiny foot!

Bubu is tired...

We certainly enjoyed our trip! Hope everyone had a great weekent too!

Little People

Bean finds some little people interesting. She's been obsessing on them for almost a week now. She puts them everywhere--the bed, the chairs, the shelves, etc. I think she has an idea of how organizing is. Here are a few snaps of what she's been up to...

I think she's a turning out to be a little perfectionist. :)
We hope everyone has a happy weekend! We're off to the beach!

P.S. The little people are from the dollhouse My cousins gave Bean (Hi, Naning and Monang)!

Toughest Job

Nope, I am not pertaining to my home-based job. You'll find the toughest job in the world at home, with a toddler. You might think that the newborn stage is the toughest because of those sleepless nights, but you are wrong. Its just the start. I used to wish for my baby to start walking so that I wouldn't need to carry her around. Well, I got what I wanted, and it came all too fast! I didn't realize that my baby is now a walking, talking toddler (But I did treasure each day of her being an infant)!

I say its harder because you have to chase her around, make sure she's not doing anything that may hurt her. Every bump, bruise, and scratch really worries me. Also, everyday is not a walk in the park. There are bad days wherein she's in a bad mood, and won't listen. I thought those sleepless nights were the hardest, but the energy I spend playing and playing really gets me more.

On top of all that, I have a job to take care of, and a home to clean. I can do it all, yes. In this department, nothing is impossible. :)

I am lucky to have a supportive husband though. He cooks dinner every night as he can see that I already have a handful. Lucky me. He's easily the kindest, most generous, and loving person in the world for me.

I have learned to multi-task like never before! Lol. I can whip up breakfast and lunch, take a bath, organize the clothes, sweep and mop the floor, sterilize bottles, fix the toys, watch tv, and work...all with my little girl. :) Pheeew....they never taught that in school.

Here are a few snaps of me and my little girl's daily life when daddy is at work.

Life Lately (But not according to my broken iPhone)

Its hard not having my phone with me. The battery just gave up last week. I brought it back to the store, and they told me to wait 2-3 weeks for a replacement. So here I am, waiting. I am back to using my camera for takng photos. I just find the iPhone more easy to use because of the size. Anyway here are some snaps of our life lately.

We hope y'all had a great weekend!
